Returning Faulty Goods
At Strongboy Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our valued customers. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or not functioning as intended, please notify us promptly at sales@strongboy.co.uk within 3 days of delivery. To assist our quality assurance team in investigating the issue thoroughly, we kindly request that you include photographs of the item in your email. Once we have received and verified all the necessary information, we will promptly issue a full refund or provide a free-of-charge replacement, whichever is more convenient for you.
Returning Unwanted Goods
We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may wish to return an item that is no longer required. In such cases, please inform us at sales@strongboy.co.uk within 7 days of your purchase. Upon receiving your request, we will process a refund for the cost of the goods. However, please note that we will need to charge you for the original shipping cost and any expenses incurred in in relation to collection of the goods from the customers address; this charge will be advised prior to the collection. A restocking charge of 15% will also be applied.collecting the item from your address. We will provide you with the exact amount for these charges prior to arranging the collection. Additionally, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to cover administrative costs.
